I've split the guys into 4 groups by alpha order and the first group (Aaron-Godden) has updated actor pages and work on Lew-lew's page - the other 3 groups will go up in their turn in the coming weeks.

I got to see Donnie Wahlberg on stage with NKOTB this past Wednesday - he's a great performer (and so sexy!) and I'm probably going to rent some (a bunch, lol) of his stuff soon so you can expect Donnie caps in another month or so ^_^

i found about 2 dozen errors in the site transfer, which have been fixed. please let me know if you find any others!

After many unseen delays, the site relocation is complete!

I also still need to update the calendar and Lew-lew's Corner. Some of you already know that my beloved cat, Lewis (Lew-lew), passed away unexpectedly in April. I was thinking of restructuring that page anyway, but I won't rename it to keep it in his memory. It will take me a little time to sort through that and get back into the swing of regular updates, but at least we're all in one piece again!

a few words on the status of the site relocation:

the site's second anniversary was last weekend.

bad news
i had wanted everything back up and shiny in time for the anniversary but was not able due to technicalities with the ftp server.

good news
the ftp issue is resolved and all the caps are now transferred over to the new host.

i haven't finished coding the cap pages for you to actually browse all the caps, but ...

good news
that should only take me another couple of weeks. as soon as those are fixed, i'll have a batch of new and donated caps to share.

all of the actor pages have been moved over to the new server. i'll start uploading caps next.

i have only moved over the first two tiers of pages so far (the index and the sidebar-mentioned pages) because i don't have ftp access to the old host any more and will have to do everything manually. none of the actor pages, movie review pages, or cap pages are relocated yet. i will get to them as quickly as i can, but as i also have to edit each and every webpage file's links/image references from the old host to the new host, this will be very time-consuming.

feel free to let me know who your favorite guys are and i can get those pages up first. damian, donnie, and ron are the obvious ones, so you don't have to mention them.

i will do the actor pages in popularity order, then alpha order for the guys not requested, then the caps and reviews in roughly chronological order since that's how i have them backed up on cds (14 cds worth of caps). after all the caps are up, i will work on updating the links here at this comm so that the archives are correct.

i have a few more movies ripped for new caps, but i will wait until everything is back up before i post any new ones. i also got two cap donations recently and i'm sorry to say those will have to wait too, but i will get to them eventually.

i hope to have everything back to normal before the site's two-year anniversary on march 20 and i'll keep you posted as things progress.

i'm sorry to say that our host, dhak.com, is down. thanks to anne_jumps for the heads up.

i have backups of everything and may have to relocate the site, or at least we'll have a mirror in case this happens again.
